James Fahy Design won the prestigious “Best in American Living” award for best one-of-a-kind custom home in the 4001 – 7500 sq. ft category for our design Shorewater.
This contemporary shingle style home built on the shores of Lake Ontario emulates the classic ocean front retreats of Nantucket. As proof that even the most spectacular home can be tastefully renovated with proper planning and attention to detail, we designed major additions and renovations to Shorewater several years after receiving this prestigious award.
